The cost varies based on your insurance coverage and the services you need. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. If you don't have insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale based on income. Call us to discuss payment options that work for your situation.

Do I need a referral for mental health services?

What should I expect at my first therapy session?

Your first visit will include a confidential assessment where we learn about your concerns, history, and goals. This helps us create a personalized treatment plan. Bring your insurance card, ID, and any current medications. The session typically lasts 60-90 minutes.

How can I get mental health help without insurance?

We offer services regardless of insurance status. We accept Medicaid and Medicare, and we provide a sliding fee scale for those without insurance based on household income. As a CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic), we are committed to serving everyone who needs care.

What is the difference between a therapist and a psychiatrist?
