Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if residential treatment is right for me?

Residential treatment may be a good fit if outpatient care has not been enough, if the home environment makes recovery difficult, or if intensive structure and support is needed. An assessment helps determine the best level of care.

How long does residential treatment last?

Length of stay varies by program and individual needs. Some programs are shorter-term and others are longer-term. Your team will help plan transitions and follow-up care.

Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and many private insurance plans. Coverage can vary by program. Call and we will help verify options.

What if I need urgent help right now?

If there is immediate danger, call 911. For local crisis guidance call (304) 431-2869 or visit Crisis Help resources.
