  • Risk assessment for safety concerns
  • Medical and psychiatric history
  • Current medications and substance use
  • Support systems and resources
  • Appropriate level of care needed

Our Evaluation Process

Comprehensive & Confidential:

Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed clinicians who work together to conduct thorough evaluations. We take the time to understand your unique situation, symptoms, and needs.

All evaluations are completely confidential and conducted in a safe, private setting where you can speak openly about what you're experiencing.

Immediate Results & Planning:

Based on our assessment, we immediately develop a stabilization plan tailored to your needs. This may include admission to our Crisis Stabilization Unit, medication management, safety planning, or referral to the most appropriate level of care.

We ensure you leave with a clear plan and the support you need to move forward safely.

Important Information

Admission to the Crisis Stabilization Unit is determined by a medical provider based on clinical criteria. Not everyone will meet criteria for admission, and some individuals may be referred to a higher or different level of care.

We are committed to ensuring each person receives the safest, most appropriate care for their specific situation.
